Woods, CNE girls still atop SBAAC girls golf standings

BATAVIA – Clermont Northeastern continued to build its lead among the Southern Buckeye Athletic & Academic Conference girls golf teams.

On Wednesday at Cedar Trace Golf Course, the Lady Rockets had 191 while runnerup Clinton-Massie came in with 202. Wilmington was third with 228.

Individually, Gabby Woods of Massie had a 41 and leads the field through five divisional matches. Woods has a 198 total while second place Skylar Shircliff of CNE has 216.

In the team standings, CNE has 948 while Massie has 983.

On Wednesday, Heather Fryman led Wilmington with a 52.
