WILMINGTON – The Wilmington High School tennis team defeated Lebanon 3-2 Wednesday in a non-league match on the WHS courts.
The Lady Hurricane is now 5-7 on the year. Lebanon is now 7-7.
“This was a nice win for us,” WHS head coach Doug Cooper said.
For the second match in a row, Allie Kees rallied for the Lady Hurricane at first singles, 0-6, 7-5, 6-4.
Cooper said both doubles team “continue to get a little better each week.”
