The Wilmington High School volleyball team outlasted McClain for a South Central Ohio League victory Tuesday night at Fred Summers Court.
The Lady Hurricane is now 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the SCOL. This is believed to be the first SCOL win for Wilmington since rejoining the league in 2014.
Game scores were 26-24, 10-25, 25-20, 13-25, 15-13.
“All the girls played great,” said Jordan Watson, first-year WHS head coach who picked up her first varsity coaching victory.
