SARDINIA — The Blanchester golf team dropped a pair of non-league matches Thursday to Lynchburg and Ripley at the Whiteoak Golf Course.

The Mustangs shot 173 to top the field while the Blue Jays had 185. The Wildcats came in with 211.

Alec Richardson led Blanchester (0-15) with a 41. Wesley Mitchell had a 54 and Lane Heeg shot 56. Clayton Guy had a 60.

Dylan Phillips of Ripley was medalist with a 2-over par 37 on the front nine.
