Wilmington Fire Department Lt. Ed Myers plays the bagpipes Friday during a 9/11 remembrance ceremony in the city. Clinton County Commissioner Pat Haley delivered a talk, while Wilmington Police Chief Duane Weyand offered the welcome and Wilmington Fire Chief Andy Mason prayed. Members of the Wilmington American Legion Post 49 Memorial Squad accorded a 21-gun salute, while “Taps” was played by Charles Paul of Blanchester High School.
