MOUNT ORAB — The Clinton-Massie girls soccer team dropped a 6-4 shootout with Western Brown Monday in a non-league soccer match at WBHS.
The Lady Falcons are now 3-4-1 on the year. They are 3-2-1 in the SCOL.
Courtney Dearing tallied two goals for Massie while Sam Rice and Mikhayla Carter had one goal each.
Coach Pat Black said the Lady Falcons trailed 6-1 but rallied to make a match of it.
“The girls …. fought hard to scored three goals late,” he said. “The girls have to play a whole game to compete with good teams.”
