CMMS girls drop road finale

BATAVIA — The Clinton-Massie Middle School girls golf team was defeated by Clermont Northeastern 202 to 223 Wednesday night in the final road match of the season for the Lady Falcons.

Gabby Woods had a 48 and earned match medalist honors.

Also for Massie, Taylor Anderson had 55, Abby Schneider shot 56, Pearl Spurlock 64, Kaylah Heim 65 and Allison Wallace 68.

“This was a tough course but the girls really hung in there,” said CM coach Tammy Mudd.
