WCH residents charged with dealing heroin here

WILMINGTON — Two Washington Court House residents were indicted with trafficking heroin in Clinton County.

Andie L. Cox, 21, of Washington C.H., and Matthew Wilson, 32, of Washington C.H., were each charged with two counts of dealing heroin and one count of possessing heroin.

A Mason man was indicted with dealing drugs in Clinton County. Ryan Lyons, 34, of Mason, was indicted with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

The same session of a Clinton County grand jury also returned indictments against the people identified below, with the charges against them provided.

Gordon S. Garland, 49, of Martinsville, was indicted with felonious assault, assault, and having weapons while under disability.

Jonathan H. Nungester, 39, of Clarksville, was indicted with domestic violence, felonious assault and assault.

Matthew H. Hudnell, 34, of Blanchester, was indicted with possessing heroin.

Timothy A. Surface, 27, of Blanchester, was indicted with possessing heroin.

Brian P. Applegate, 36, of Sabina, was indicted with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and with aggravated possession of drugs.

Brandi Tell, 35, formerly of Blanchester, was indicted with theft, three counts of falsification, and two counts of nonsupport or contributing to the nonsupport of dependents.
