WILLIAMSBURG — Audrey Jordan matched a Blanchester school record for assists in a season as the Ladycats ripped Williamsburg 6-1 Thursday in a Southern Buckeye Conference National Division match.

Jordan had three assists on the night and now has 14 for the season, equalling the totals of Caitie Zike and Tori Richardson for the school record.

Blanchester is now 6-2 in the SBCN and 9-3-1 overall.

Jordan, Emily Hinkle and Tristan Culberson swarmed Williamsburg from their midfield position and put Blanchester in the attacking third of the field for the majority of the game, BHS coach Kurt Ballinger said.

Bekah Sams, Culberson and Jordan scored in the first half as Blanchester grabbed a 3-0 lead. Sierra Drake and Hinkle had assists in the first half.

Sam scored off a Jordan assist to make it 4-0 then Jordan served a corner kick to an unmarked Taylor McQuitty who found the back of the net for a 5-0 lead.

After a Williamsburg goal, Culberson rounded out the scoring.

Regan Ostermeier had a save in the first half and Sabrine Duncan had three saves in the second half for Blanchester.

Ballinger said Mckenzie Hamm had a strong defensive effort for the Ladycats.
