14 found, pled guilty in Clinton County Municipal Court

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following were found guilty or pled guilty during the week of Nov. 23-27:

• Sabrina Fulton, 27, two counts of possession of drug abuse instrument, receiving stolen property and trespassing, sentenced 570 days jail (suspended), fined $3,250, assessed $400 court costs, license suspended for six months, jail suspended on condition of supervised probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $1,625 of the fine. The disposition report did not say how long Fulton’s probation would last. A charge of obstruction of official business was dismissed.

• Antwan Morris, 20, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, must be on good behavior, no contact with victim business.

• Rodney Griffin, 41, of Carlisle, disorderly conduct, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, pay restitution, be on good behavior, unsupervised probation for two years, no contact with a certain man.

• David Varney, 37, of Sabina, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $750, assessed $100 court costs, two years of probation, license suspended for six months. If compliant, $375 of the fine will be suspended.

• Patricia Wood, 33, of Sabina, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, supervised probation.

• Timothy Estermyer Jr., 28, of Wilmington, theft and trespassing, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $250, assessed $200 court costs, 100 hours community service, six months supervised probation.

• Justin Setty, 32, of Hillsboro, sentenced 30 days jail (27 days suspended), assessed $100 court costs, 100 hours community service, no similar violations.

• Joshua Houser, 31, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced one day jail, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

• Kirsty Furans, 26, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

• Christopher Jarrell, 35, of Sabina, trespassing, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $100 court costs, no further violations.

• Chelsea Grace, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced 30 days jail (29 days stayed), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, one year probation.

• Austin Quigley, 23, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $150, assessed $100 court costs.

• Colelisa Estridge, 30, of Columbus, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs. A separate charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

The following had charges that were dismissed:

• Jarrod Acuff, 31, of Cuba, possession of drug paraphernalia; charge dismissed without prejudice. On a separate charge of a firearm violation, Acuff waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

• Cherene Watson, 47, of Blanchester, domestic violence; charge dismissed.
