WILMINGTON — The following information comes from incident reports provided by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. All those arrested are presumed innocent until possibly proven guilty in court.

The sheriff’s office recently received the following reports:

• At 11 p.m. on Nov. 29 a deputy was dispatched to the 900 block of McKibben Road in Martinsville in reference to several items missing from a barn on the property, according to the 57-year-old reportee. According to the report, a gas-powered chainsaw, an electric chainsaw, and a gas can were listed as stolen.

• At midnight on Dec. 4 a 76-year-old man of 5100 block of SR 28 West in Martinsville male reported to authorities that someone stole chainsaws and a shotgun that belonged t

• A deputy responded to the 2000 block of Regan Road in Wilmington at 8 a.m. on Dec. 2 on a burglary complaint. The 44-year-old female resident told the deputy that several firearms were stolen, including a lever-action rifle, a bolt-action rifle, and a shotgun.

• At 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 8, a deputy responded to the 6100 block of State Route 28 East in Martinsville in reference to a theft. The deputy made contact with the 41-year-old male resident who advised several tools were missing from his truck. According to the report, a slide hammer set in a red plastic case, a metric 3/8-drive shallow impact swivel socket set, and a 1/2-inch drive air impact gun were listed as stolen.

• A deputy responded to the 2000 block of Regan Road in Wilmington at 8 a.m. on Dec. 2 on a burglary complaint. The 44-year-old female resident told the deputy that several firearms were stolen, including a lever-action rifle, a bolt-action rifle, and a shotgun.

• At 10:20 p.m. on Dec. 1 authorities were dispatched to the 200 block of West Curry Road where a male subject advised of a series of thefts. According to the report, the subject advised that he had nine air conditioning units stolen off the property he managed. He advised that it happened sometime the week before.

• At 11:04 a.m. on Dec. 2 deputies received a report of a student being disrespectful to a teacher and pushed the teacher. The alleged incident took place at 1-99 block of Rod Lane in Wilmington.

Sheriff’s deputies recently arrested or charged the following people:

• Chad Warren, 40, of Harveysburg and Karan George, 38, of Waynesville, were arrested for alleged drug possession and possession of drug abuse instruments. According to the report, at 2:17 a.m. on Dec. 8, a deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of West Curry Road in reference to an eviction and possible drugs. Upon arrival, the deputy located 46 capped, unused syringes, and a pill bottle containing and unknown white powder substance, according to the report. Warren and George were escorted from the premises.

• Terry Bell, 52, of Florence, Ky. was arrested for alleged theft. According to the report, a deputy was dispatched to the 5700 block of U.S. 68 North on a theft report at 6:17 a.m. on Dec. 1. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with an employee who was advised by a third-shift employee that multiple subjects came in the store and took soft drinks.

• Michael Bradford, 22, of Wilmington was arrested for alleged domestic violence and assault. According to the report, at 12:26 p.m. on Dec. 5, a deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of Xenia Avenue in Wilmington in reference to an assault that occurred at a motel on US 22. The deputy made contact with a male subject who advised that Bradford had assaulted him. A 22-year-old Wilmington female is also listed as a victim.

• Gregory Bowser, 45, of Clarksville, was arrested for alleged domestic violence. According to the report, at 3 a.m. on Dec. 8 Bowser was arrested after a 40-year-old female living with him told authorities that he assaulted her, the report stated.
