WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between Dec. 5 and Dec. 9:

• William Egner, 71, of Blanchester, domestic violence, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from felony 4 domestic violence, he must pay costs only, jail time was suspended on condition no more offenses, and does not enter the victim’s house.

• Alicia Furguson, 25, of New Vienna, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $750, assessed $125 court cases. Furguson must take part in supervised probation.

• Chyna Young, 22, of Columbus, going 101 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court cases. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Toyia Scott, 38, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, tax violation, fined $105, assessed $250. The disorderly conduct charge was amended from an attempt to commit crime misdemeanor 1 charge.

• Philip Watson, 32, of Reynoldsburg, marijuana possession, fined $25, assessed $125 court costs. Cash bond applies to full cash.

• Jedi Balon, 37, of New Vienna, open container, fined $55, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Jason Nehus, 32, of Xenia, driving under suspension, tag/sticker violation, fined $225, assessed $125 court costs. Nehus must pay fines only for tag violation. An additional charge of failure to reinstate license was dismissed.

• William Benner II, 25, of Wilmington, failure to reinstate license, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving under suspension for failing to appear or pay fine was dismissed.

• Tara Elking, 46, of Clarksville, driving under suspension, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving under financial responsibility law suspension or cancellation was dismissed.

• Joseph Hockett, 18, of Hillsboro, theft. Sentencing deferred to Dec. 15 to allow defendant to complete diversion.

• Deepa Valvi, 42, of Lexington, driving 97 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• I. Ran Chen, 33, of Sacramento, driving 92 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.
