The Blanchester eighth grade boys basketball team was defeated by Mount Orab 46-38 Wednesday night.

Brayden Sipple had 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists for Blanchester (3-2 on the season).

Trenton Czaika had nine points and six rebounds, Logan Heitzman had eight points and six rebounds and Hunter Hartmann had five points. Kyle Hopkins had three steals.
