BLANCHESTER — The Blanchester Middle School wrestling team defeated Williamsburg and East Clinton in matches Wednesday night.

Blanchester defeated Williamsburg 66-9 and East Clinton 72-12. East Clinton lost a close match with Williamsburg 36-30.

For East Clinton, Michael Horn (116) and Gavin Denniston (122) posted two wins on the night while Jon Fast (92), Brad Fast (98) and Zach Vest (104) won one match. Toby Morgan (160), Jayson Edison (172) and Braydin Creamer (205) also competed for EC.

For Blanchester, Bryan Brewer (80), Tre Mowry (92), Nick Musselman (98), Adam Frump (104), Levi St. John (110), Troy Hedstrom (128), Gage Huston (134), Blake Richard (142), Gabriel Peters (150) and Colt Conover (160) won two matches while Ethan Roberts (116), Bryan Bandow (122), Jordan Gray (172) and Devan Freeland (205) posted one win on the night.
