Historical society celebrates

Members of the board of the Clinton County Historical Society recently met for their July meeting at the General Denver Hotel for a dinner in celebration of Director Kay Fisher’s 20th year with the organization. The group enjoyed visiting and recalling some of Kay’s past experiences as Director. President Jennifer Hollon welcomed everyone and gave a review of the many events and accomplishments the organization has seen throughout Kay’s leadership. She was surprised with a cake with her image on it and gifts from the board members. Guests were Kay’s husband,Larry Fisher, and former History Center employee, Deb Edgington who now lives in Cincinnati.
