WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Sept. 25 and 29:

• Jason Vanhoose, 42, of Xenia, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from Oct. 2, 2017 to Oct. 2, 2018, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs. Vanhoose must take part in supervised probation, a professional assessment, and a three-day residential driver intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of fine and driving privileges will be granted effective Oct. 14, 2017. Additional charges of going 68 in a 55 mph speed zone, drug paraphernalia, and an additional O.V.I. were dismissed.

• Joshua Turner, 37, of Wilmington, two counts of O.V.I., sentenced to 360 days in jail, operator license suspended from Sept. 28, 2017 to Sept. 29, 2018, fined $2,700, assessed $250 court costs. ALS vacated, tags to be impounded, registration impounded until Dec. 25, 2017 by arresting law enforcement agency. An additional O.V.I. charge, a drug instrument possession charge, and a marked lanes violation were dismissed.

• Elizabeth Schmitz, 19, of Sabina, two counts of theft, sentenced to 40 days in jail (20 days suspended), fined $500, assessed $250 court costs. Schmitz must write a letter of apology to the victim and have no contact with them. Schmitz must take part in supervised probation. Schmitz must report to supervised probation. An additional theft charge and a no operator’s license charge were dismissed.

• Toyia Scott, 39, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), assessed $125 court costs. Scott must write a letter of apology to the victim, have no contact with them and pay $40.79 in restitution. Scott must have no similar offenses and take two years of non-reporting probation.

• Shelley Chatterton, 41, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Chatterton must write a letter of apology to the victim.

• Anthony Brannon, 23, of New Vienna, drug possession, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. Jail time will be suspended on condition that Brannon commits no more drug offenses in Clinton County for one year from Sept. 28, 2017. An additional drug instrument possession was dismissed.

• Dalton Collins, 21, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession, marijuana drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $375 court costs. Collins must have no more marijuana use and must test clean at a review.

• Jackie Fisher, 59, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. Additional charges of tampering with evidence, having an open container in a prohibited area, and an additional disorderly conduct were dismissed.

• Stephen Worthington, 26, of Lebanon, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. Worthington must write a letter of apology to the victim, must have no contact with them, and pay $1 in restitution.

• Chloe Gordon, 20, of Blanchester, driving under suspension-financial, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• William Cox, 26, of Mount Orab, driving under suspension-financial, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. A marked lane violation charge was dismissed.

• Marianne Romohr, 50, of Midland, drug paraphernalia, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Anna Roads, 25, of New Vienna, theft. Roads must write a letter of apology to the victim.

• Cory Devor, 30, of Wilmington, having an open container in a prohibited area, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Dominic Echols, 21, of Xenia, marijuana possession, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Sarah Stevenson, 37, of Wilmington, trespassing, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The fine and costs will be suspended on the condition that Stevenson has no contact with the victims.

• Deonte Perkins, 23, of Columbus, marijuana possession, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Kristopher Bennett, 29, of Wilmington, having an open container in a prohibited area, marijuana possession, fined $125, assessed $250 court costs.

• John Hutchinson, 29, of Leesburg, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, fined $375, assessed $250 court costs.

• Amber Holden, 21, of Wilmington, marijuana drug paraphernalia, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jackie Boling, Jr., 39, of Blanchester, drug possession, having an open container in a prohibited area, driving under suspension-financial, fined $255, assessed $250 court costs. An additional charge of driving under suspension-financial was suspended.

• Tana Hayslip, 27, of Sabina, driving under suspension-financial, driving under suspension, fined $250, assessed $250 court costs. A tag/sticker violation was dismissed.

• Rex Cundiff, 43, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Donald Doughman, 36, of Lynchburg, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a domestic violence charge. An additional domestic violence charge was dismissed.

• Ryan Hauptman, 27, of Hillsboro, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 180 days in jail (143 days suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Hauptman was released on Sept. 29, 2017 to report immediately to the probation department.

• Ruben Fonseca, 19, of Wilmington, drug possession, drug paraphernalia, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. All contraband was ordered destroyed.

• Susan Diehl, 47, of Muncy, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Diehl has completed a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and needs to complete two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. A marked lanes violation was dismissed.

• David Webb, 54, of Morrow, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended O.V.I. charge. Webb has completed a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and has been placed on non-reporting probation for two years. ALS vacated. An additional charge of going 78 in a 55 mph speed zone.

• Robert Everman II, 36, of Hillsboro, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Michael Wisenberger, 28, of Blanchester, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. An additional driving under suspension-financial and a stop sign violation were dismissed.

• Andrew Cummins, 23, of Lexington, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.
