If you are a candidate in one of the races listed below and you did not receive a questionnaire, please email the News Journal at [email protected] or call the newsroom at 937-382-2574 and we will get you a copy. Deadline for answers to be received by the News Journal is NOON MONDAY, OCT. 16.
