WILMINGTON – Clinton-Massie won the Lacrosse Town Shootout Wednesday 10-3 over Wilmington at Alumni Field.

Conner Mitchell scored all three Hurricane goals.

“I give Clinton-Massie credit for finding the open man in the unsettled situations,’ WHS coach Adam Shultz. “They were able to put themselves into great shooting spots. Also, we’re not going to get many shots without winning the ground balls.”

Wilmington, 1-2 on the season, will host Carroll Friday at Alumni Field. The junior varsity game begins at 5 p.m. with the varsity to follow.
