The suspect stated she was having a panic attack. “She was warned for kicking officers and advised to stand multiple times. Officers instructed her to control her breathing and assured her an ambulance was on the way,” the report states. It goes on to state the suspect, “sat near the curb to prevent any further medical complaints until the ambulance can arrive on scene. She continued pulling/pushing and having erratic movements. The victim believes the suspect is a downstairs neighbor’s friend. The report states, “This theft occurred just after his arrival back to the area from jail, and his known drug problem along with the timing of the incident makes him a person of interest.” The victim was advised to have his medications held at the post office for a secure pickup and in order to prevent this from occurring in the future.
