LEES CREEK — Felicity kept East Clinton winless Friday with a 10-0 win in SBAAC National Division softball.

With the six inning loss, the Astros are 0-4 on the year. The Cardinals are 4-3 overall, 3-2 in the National.

Josie Runk was the losing pitcher for East Clinton.

“We struggled at the plate today and the high winds forced us to adjust on defense,” EC coach Katie Rupp said. “We took too many pitches at the plate and got behind in the count too often. Our offense needs to be more consistent and we need to shore up some weaknesses on defense, too. Playing back to back Friday and Saturday will hopefully help us learn from our mistakes.”
