With the necessities of cleanliness both personal and home as a precaution for COVID-19, Clinton County Community Action will be distributing personal care/cleaning supply boxes on a first-come, first-serve basis on Friday, April 16 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at their office located at 789 North Nelson Avenue, Wilmington.

You must bring proof of income for the past 30 days, an ID, Social Security numbers, and proof of address. Also, you must be at or below 200 percent federal poverty guidelines.
