The Wilmington High School baseball team was defeated by Greeneview 10-0 Saturday in a non-league baseball game.

Cole Fickert had the only WHS hit.

“We played poorly defensively,” WHS coach Brian Roberts said. “We need to play better defense. We are taking better at-bats and hitting a lot of balls right at them.”

Fickert “pitched well” but took the loss for the Hurricane.
