Lifelong Clinton County resident Rose Beal is turning 90 on Saturday, July 10, and her children, Keith Beal and Jennifer Dunn, are planning a celebration.

Family and friends are invited to an open house 2-4 p.m. that day at the Wilmington Savings Bank Senior Citizens Center on N. Nelson Avenue. Light refreshments will be served, and Rose requests no gifts.
