The National Weather Service in Wilmington issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch at 3:16 p.m. Thursday until 10 p.m. for Clinton County as well as nearby counties including Warren, Highland, Brown, Greene, Montgomery, and Hamilton, according to the Clinton County EMA.
