WILMINGTON — On Friday, Sept. 10, a 9/11 ceremony commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks with City of Wilmington, WPD and WFD, Clinton County Commissioners & Sheriff’s Office, and American Legion Post 49.

It begins at 7:30 a.m. Friday in the Municipal Building parking lot. All are welcome. Social distancing is encouraged.
