Julie Ann Frances has recently released her latest novel, “Enter Clifton County” (Page Publishing, Inc. C. 2021).
Although the novel is a fictional romance, readers who live in the Wilmington area might find the setting to be a bit familiar.
“Written at a time when Frances actually lived in Wilmington, her love of Clinton County is clearly displayed as a backdrop for this sweet romantic tale,” stated a media release.
