The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pleaded guilty or were found guilty between Nov. 1 and Nov. 5:

• Andre Carr, 43, of Wilmington, two counts of assault, sentenced to 360 days in jail, fined $2,000, assessed $270 court costs. Carr must have no contact with the victims.

• Shawn Harris, 35, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from November 3, 2021 to November 3, 2022, fined $1,075, assessed $135 court costs. Harris must take part in reporting probation. The license was destroyed. ALS vacated. No driving privileges will be granted until Harris is otherwise licensed to drive a car. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of the fine. A driving under suspension-failing to reinstate charge was dismissed.

• Justin Jackson, 32, of Wilmington, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Jackson must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. A lights violation was dismissed.

• Roger Tucker, 33, of Wilmington, obstructing official business, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $750, assessed $135 court costs. Tucker was found not guilty of attempting to commit a crime. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, and a tag/sticker violation were dismissed.

• Bradley Smith, 35, of Sabina, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Smith must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Alicia Bennett, 34, of Hillsboro, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Bennett must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial and fictitious registration were dismissed.

• Lucas Fahrubel, 27, of Clarksville, driving under suspension, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $350, assessed $135 court costs. Fahrubel must take part in two years of non-reporting probation and must commit no further charges in Clinton County for two years. Additional charges of no operator’s license and ACDA were dismissed.

• Dominic Davidson, 19, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from August 15, 2021 to August 15, 2022, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. Davidson must take part in probation and a three-day residential driver intervention program. The license was destroyed. ALS vacated. Drivin privileges will be granted effective November 3, 2021.
