WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pled guilty or were found guilty between June 21 and June 30:

• Ronald Lipps, 37, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail, license suspended from Nov. 27, 2022-Nov. 27, 2025, fined $1,625, assessed $170 court costs. The license was ordered destroyed. Driving privileges were granted effective November 27. ALS vacated. Two seat belt violations and a marked lane violation were dismissed.

• Julie Seaborough, 45, of Cincinnati, child endangerment, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 240 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from June 28, 2022-June 28, 2023, fined $500, assessed $340 court costs. The “physical control” charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Seaborough must take part in supervised probation and must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. ALS vacated. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. An O.V.I. charge and a marked lane violation were dismissed.

• Earl Johnson, 34, of Moscow, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from March 26, 2022-March 26, 2024, fined $1,075, assessed $170 court costs. Johnson must take part in reporting probation and must enroll in rehab via the VA in Kentucky. The license was destroyed. ALS vacated. Driving privileges are granted once any other impediments to his license are corrected. Additional charges of driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine and failure to control were dismissed.

• Vanessa Minzler, 32, of Greenfield, obstructing official business, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $170 court cost.

• Jimmy Caudill, 51, of Sabina, control of a vehicle was intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Caudill must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A no tail light violation was dismissed.

• Jasper Mountain, 42, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Mountain must take part in two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Spirit Webb, 21, of Sharonville, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Kylie Davis, 27, of Wilmington, assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail (27 days suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Davis must have no contact with the victim. Davis must complete 24 hours of community service.

• Isaac Weigel, 26, of Wilmington, persistent disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an aggravated assault charge. Weigel must have no contact with the victims and must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for two years. A firearm, accessories, and ammo were forfeited to law enforcement. A second aggravated menacing charge was dismissed.
