If you know the whereabouts of a person for whom there is a warrant for arrest, call the Wilmington Police Department Tip Line at 937-382-TIPS (8477) — an automated line in which the caller can remain anonymous.
Do not attempt to detain a suspect yourself. All suspects are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in a court of law.
• Matthew Fulton: White male, age 36, 6-0, 150 lbs. Last known address S. Walnut St., Wilmington. Felony indictment for theft out of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
• Donald Kinney: Black male, 32, 5-10, 160 lbs. Has an at-large address, known to frequent Columbust St. area, Wilmington. Warrant for obstructing official business out of Wilmington PD; warrant for contempt of court out of Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
