I am writing this letter in support of the Wilmington City Schools (WCS) levy.

I see on the news about the shortage of teachers in our country. Wilmington Schools are fortunate to have a great teaching staff. They care about their students and spend money out of their own pockets to make sure the kids have what they need.

I remember while being on the Denver School PTO there would be a greater percentage of teachers at the meetings than parents. There is no greater asset in our world than our young people!

I fully intend on voting for the school levy and urge all to do the same.
