WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. An appointed interim judge currently oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pleaded guilty or were found guilty between Jan. 30 and Feb. 3:

• Devin Johnson, 19, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Johnson must take part in supervised probation and must have no contact with the victim. Additional charges of no operator’s license, a second theft charge, and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Ashley Ruperts, 35, of Xenia, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Rupert must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. A driving under suspension-financial charge and a left-of-center violation were dismissed.

• Ryan Hankenson, 30, of Fort Wayne, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Hankenson must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two yeas of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. An O.V.I.-low breathalyzer charge was dismissed.

• Cherie McLaughlin, 39, of Wilmington, criminal damages, sentenced to 90 days in jail. McLaughlin must take part in supervised probation. Restitution to be determined.

• Jessica Walston, 34, of Blanchester, driving under suspension, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The offense from amended from an O.V.I. charge. Walston must commit no further offenses for one year. A failure to yield offense was dismissed.

• Austin Curtis, 26, of Greenfield, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, failure-to-yield at a right of way, fined $200, assessed $170 court costs.

• Kelsey Singleton, 35, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, going 71 in a 55 mph speed zone, fined $100, assessed $170 court costs.

• Donald Crawford, 22, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, fined $50, assessed $170 court costs.

• Nicholas Isbel, 26, Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, seat belt violation, fined $75, assessed $170 court costs.

• Joshua Peabody, 37, of Leesburg, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, seat belt violation, fined $100, assessed $340 court costs.

• Yasmeen Medley, 30, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $30, assessed $170 court costs. A grinder and a pipe were ordered to be destroyed.

• Tricia Savage, 40, of Ashville, going 93 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $130, assessed $195 court costs. The case was waived by Savage.

• Tracy Howard, 47, of Cincinnati, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Howard.

• Ruth Tesfaye, 19, of Columbus, going 109 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $130, assessed $195 court costs. The case was waived by Tesfaye.

• Grant Rigel, 30, of Hillsboro, going 92 in a 65 mph speed zone, distracted driver fined $230, assessed $170 court costs. The cases were waived by Rigel.

• Denis Shinkarenko, 36, of Rolling Meadow, theft.
