Abbott pitches no-hitter for Lions in win over Falcons
ADAMS TOWNSHIP — New Richmond’s Luke Abbott pitched a no-hitter Saturday in a 3-0 win over Clinton-Massie at Paul Schwamberger Field.
The SBAAC American Division loss puts the Falcons at 1-3 overall, 1-2 in the American. The Lions are 4-3 overall, 2-1 in league play.
Abbott struck out 12 and did not walk a batter. Caleb Stephen had two hits and drove in two runs for the Lions.
