East Clinton senior Cooper Rack has decided to continue his academic and athletic career at Wilmington College. Rack is a four-year varsity wrestler at East Clinton. When he competes for the Quakers, Rack would be the first East Clinton wrestler to compete at the NCAA level, coach Doug Stehlin said. Rack has a 3.6 grade point average and plans to major in criminal justice at Wilmington College.
