Shuga ninth for WC at Ashland meet

ASHLAND — Justin Shuga represented the Wilmington College men’s track and field team at the Ashland Alumni Open Saturday.

Shuga, who has missed the majority of the season due to injury, competed in the discus and finished ninth with a heave of 135-2.

The Quakers will head back to Northeast Ohio and Mount Union for the Ohio Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships Thursday and Friday.
