Clinton-Massie Marching Band shines at Turpin Invitational, securing a spot in OMEA state finals. Led by seniors Emma Fouch and Liliana Carlisle, the band achieved third place in class B and earned four superior ratings from judges.

The Clinton-Massie Marching Band excelled at the Turpin marching invitational on Saturday, Oct. 21. The group received third place in class B and qualified for OMEA state finals. The marching band qualified for state finals by receiving four superior ratings out of five total judges.

This year’s competition show is titled “Under the Stars” and designed by John Fannin and Cris Kreke. The marching band is led by seniors Emma Fouch and Liliana Carlisle. Clinton-Massie’s state finals performance will be on Sunday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. This year’s state finals will be at Piqua High School.
