Jim and Toni Frederick, of Wilmington, are celebrating their 40th anniversary today. They were married Nov. 28, 1983 in Sabina. They have three children, Daniel, Robyn and DeeAnne; three grandchildren, Terrence, Josie and Trinity; and one great-grandchild, Landyn.
