Rocket offense explodes late in 21-11 win over Astros

LEES CREEK — Clermont Northeastern’s offense erupted late in the game Wednesday and defeated East Clinton 21-11 in SBAAC National Division baseball at the EC diamond.

East Clinton led 5-2 through four innings but the Rockets took a 10-8 lead going to the bottom of the fifth.

The loss puts the Astros at 0-4 overall, 0-2 in the National Division.

Clermont Northeastern keeps pace with league unbeatens Blanchester and Bethel-Tate with a 4-1 overall mark and a 2-0 league record.
