High-flying Falcons soar in 14-5 win over Hornets

MONROE — The high-flying Clinton-Massie lacrosse team battered Monroe 14-5 Friday night at MHS.

The Falcons (5-2) defeated the Hornets 8-5 in the season opener.

On Friday, Mason Martini had five goals and an assist for Clinton-Massie.

Willem Kimple and Tristen Trampler had three goals each. Nathan Voisey finished with two goals and two assists.

Jackson Strouth had a goal and two assists.

Clinton-Massie will celebrate its seniors 6:30 p.m. Monday in a match against Xenia at Frank Irelan Field.
