Eagles pour it on late, beat Falcons 16-5

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — Bellbrook scored 12 runs late and pulled away from Clinton-Massie for a 16-5 win in non-league softball at CMHS.

The Falcons (8-8) were close through four, trailing 4-3. But the Eagles put six runs on the board in the sixth and six more in the seventh.

Emma Crombie had two hits and drove in two runs. Olivia Ward had two doubles.
