Jarron Cumberland, a 2016 Wilmington High School graduate, was inducted into the WHS Wall of Fame prior to Tuesday night’s varsity boys basketball game with Washington Senior High School at Fred Summers Court. Cumberland, now a freshman member of the University of Cincinnati men’s basketball team, is Wilmington and Clinton County’s all-time career and single season leader in points scored. He is among the all-time leading scorers in Ohio schoolboy basketball history. His father Scott and mother Cheryl were on hand for the induction.
