More sentenced in Clinton County Municipal Court

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Nov. 1 and Nov. 5:

• Julie McCall, 27, of Loveland, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. McCall must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A marked lanes violation was dismissed.

• Seth Anderson, 35, of Cincinnati, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Anderson must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. An O.V.I.-low breathalizer charge was dismissed.

• Trenton Stadtmiller, 25, of Lynchburg, three counts of driving under suspension-financial, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,050, assessed $405 court costs. Stadtmiller must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for two years and must obtain a valid license prior to January 13, 2022.

• Hunter Ziegelmeier, 20, of Batavia, no operator’s license, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $350, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from a driving under 12-point suspension charge. Ziegelmeier must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for two years. A speeding charge — going 54 in a 35 mph speed zone — was dismissed.

• Robert Snell, 32, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. Snell must have no contact with the incident location and pay $22.80 in restitution. An improper handling of a firearm charge was transferred to Clinton County Common Pleas Court.

• Brandon Chambers, 23, of Lebanon, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Chambers must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. An O.V.I.-low breathalyzer charge and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Adam Taylor, 38, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, fined $350, assessed $135 court costs.

• Jeremiah Cook, 39, of Washington Court House, driving under suspension, fined $350, assessed $135 court costs.

• Danielle Sirkin, 29, of Martinsville, drug instrument possession, fined $350, assessed $135 court costs.

• Rebecca Davidson, 30, of Lynchburg, fictitious registration, fined $30, assessed $135 court costs.

• Rebecca Kensinger, 23, of Jamestown, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Kensinger.

• German Hernandez Roncancio, 55, of Mexico City, going 105 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Hernandez Roncancio.

• Haylee Toncray, 21, of Lexington, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Toncray.

• Shannon Hutcheon, 34, of Midland, domestic violence. Sentencing stayed. A speeding charge — going 71 in a 55 mph speed zone — was dismissed.
