The Blanchester seventh grade boys basketball team was defeated by Batavia 32-18 Wednesday night.
Blake Coffman led Blanchester with 8 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals.
Jackson Bray chipped in with 4 points while Gabe McVey added 3. Brett Bandow scored 2 points. Justin Hogsett had 8 rebounds and 1 point.
