Diana L. Groves, Clinton County Board of County Commissioners’ Clerk, has been selected to serve on the Executive Board of the County Commissioners Clerks and Engineers Administrative Professionals Association of Ohio (CCC/EAPA) for 2017.

Groves, who also served as Executive Board Treasurer in 2016, was sworn in as Secretary for 2017. The swearing-in took place on Dec. 6, 2016 at the County Commissioners’ Association of Ohio / County Engineers’ Association of Ohio (CCAO/CEAO) winter conference.

Groves’ duties include recording and maintaining the association’s minutes for all meetings to be held in 2017 throughout the state.

Groves has served Clinton County for 6 ½ years, beginning as Clerk to the Board of Clinton County Commissioners in 2010.

The CCC/EAPA is a statewide organization and an affiliate of CCAO/CEAO. Membership includes any clerk, deputy, or administrative assistant to the Boards of County Commissioners or County Engineers of Ohio.

Members provide assistance to each other and share innovative ideas for job performance, technology, personnel issues, legislative acts and other job-related matters.

Each year, the association schedules programs and training sessions at various locations throughout the state.
