17-under wins East Clinton golf outing

The team of Brian Carey, Steve McFadden, Matt McFadden and Justin Stewart had a 17-under par 54 Saturday and won the East Clinton golf outing at the Elks 797 Golf Course.

The tournament was hosted by the East Clinton Athletic Boosters to support the boys basketball and football programs.

There were 12 four-player teams participating in the event.

Among the individual hole prizes, Jack Anderson won the longest drive and Steve McFadden won closest to the pin.

Randall Davis and the staff at the Elks 797 Golf Course prepared the course for the event.
