Blue Lions blank Hurricane 9 with 1-hitter 10-0
WILMINGTON — The WIlmington High School baseball team was defeated by Washington Senior 10-0 Wednesday in non-league play at the WHS diamond.
Wilmington (2-1) collected one hit, a single by Braden Harmeling. WHS did draw six walks but were still unable to dent the plate.
Sam Nichols and Gavynn Walls pitched for Wilmington. Hurricane defenders committed six errors.
