Kelly Hopkins marked a significant moment in his service journey on Wednesday, as he was sworn in as the at-large representative for the Military Order of the Purple Heart of the USA.

Judge John Rudduck administered the oath, solidifying Hopkins’ five-year appointment to the esteemed Clinton County Veterans Services Commission.

In a Facebook post, Hopkins shared, “This is a great honor and a privilege to have been appointed to the Clinton County Veterans Services Commission.”
