WILMINGTON — Timbertech Marketing Manager Jessica Pearson and HR Manger Dwan Sandlin recently spoke to the Wilmington Rotary Club which meets at noon on Mondays.

CPG Building Products is the parent company of Azek and TimberTech. The Wilmington manufacturing facility currently houses manufacturing facilities for Azek and TimberTech and also CPG Railing.

TimberTech is a leader in the research, development and marketing of long-lasting, low-maintenance, high-quality wood-plastic and capped-composite decking and railing.

The Wilmington manufacturing plant currently employs 380 full-time employees and 60 temporary employees. The Company would like to have 430 full-time employees and reduce their usage of temporary employees.

Wilmington produced 200 million pounds of product last year and loads 40 trucks daily in addition to rail shipping. They anticipate a 30 percent increase for next year.
