C-M to make cuts due to district’s financial state

CLARKSVILLE — Clinton-Massie Local Schools announced Friday that open enrollment at the elementary level will be eliminated and four teaching positions will be cut through attrition in response to the state’s concerns about the district’s financial state.

WCS to close East End Preschool

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington City Schools Board of Education has made the decision to close the East End Preschool at the end of this school year as a cost-savings measure. The plan is to then later sell the over 100-year-old building on Rombach Avenue and its property.

He also displayed the sign that will be added to Wilmington’s Hometown Champions signpost located at multiple entrances to the community.
